Public Relations Committee Chair Volunteer

We are a small, mighty, grassroots Habitat for Humanity chapter dedicated to providing affordable housing to deserving families in Monterey County. We help volunteers grow by giving back to their community, by constructing homes with local families, and by providing low-to-moderate income families with access to safe and affordable homes.  

Habitat Monterey is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic volunteer to lead our Public Relations and Marketing efforts as the Public Relations Committee Chair on our Board. We need help telling our story. Habitat is looking for someone with good communication skills, a familiarity with marketing, and about 10 hours a month in order to make a difference and get involved.  Responsibilities include developing and implementing a Public Relations and Marketing strategy, further developing media contacts and relationships, and working with a fun group of board members and volunteers who are passionate about serving families in Monterey County.
