Birdies for Charity 2012
The 2012 Birdies for Charity campaign is underway! You may now begin making donations to Habitat for Humanity through the online donation site of Birdies for Charity. Please visit the site at https://birdies.attpbgolf.com/give.php. In making donations through the 2012 AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am Birdies for Charity Fundraising Program, every dollar you donate will be matched by 15%, so this is a great opportunity to extend what you are able to give, and be of even more help to the families we are wanting to help!
It's very simple to make a donation pledge online:
- Visit https://birdies.attpbgolf.com/give.php
- Select "Charities" in first column on the left
- Select "Birdies for Charity" second column
- Select "Pledge your favorite charity"
- Select "Habitat for Humanity" (you'll have to scroll down)
- Complete the information requested and send!
After pledging online, you will be contacted by Monterey Peninsula Foundation to send in the pledge amount. Remember that you must make the check payable to "Monterey Peninsula Foundation" in order for it to be correctly processed. The pledge amount plus 15% will still be donated to Habitat for Humanity, and Habitat for Humanity will still be sending you a thank you note confirming the tax deductible donation you made.
